Empty fields for the selected lot width count as 0 when you submit. Negative net sales are allowed when cancellations exceed gross sales.
Each lot width is submitted separately. You may update and resubmit your own lot width at any time. No Admin approval is required.
Based on the Thursday rule: the reporting month and year are determined by Thursday of the selected week. The baseline is October 25, 2026. Historical week is displayed separately; only weeks after October 25 are added to the baseline.
Lot width submission status is loaded from Supabase. Automatic email delivery is not yet configured.
Matches the structure of the supplied Mantua report: eight lot widths, weekly / monthly / annual traffic and sales, closings, realtor sales, and total column. Use Print → Save as PDF when every lot width has been submitted.
